It is an authentic city house on 2 minutes biking distance from University College Utrecht and 10 minutes biking distance from Utrecht University Science Park, Utrecht Central and Downtown. It has a living room with lots of light, 2 bedrooms, an attic that can be used as a bedroom, a garden with a shed (and a swing), a kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with toilet and a shower.
We live here with our two daughters aged 2 and 4.

We live in a street with friendly neighbors. In our neighborhood there’s a supermarket down the street, a big park and Amelisweerd estate and several coffeebars, restaurants and a pub.
